Nibl is evolving this year – and YOU can help me with that!
Many of you know that I’m transitioning to a business which feels truly aligned with more of the things I care about….there’s so much more to life than food! (Although when I said this to a friend, she thought for a while and said “hmm…IS there?”)
Yes, I really think there is.
So many of us seem to have so many balls in the air, so many pots on the boil, so many projects on the go (I ran out of interesting metaphors right here – let me know in the comments if you can think of a better one!).
We can feel like we’re Jacks/Jills of all trades and masters/mistresses of none. We can get to the end of each day and feel like we’ve been perpetually chasing our tail, without much to show for it. We can feel like a headless chicken.
Exhaustrated, as my son calls it (exhausted + frustrated).
I get asked all the time how I get so much done. I’m used to juggling plenty of balls, and I definitely don’t have all the answers – but right now, so that I can design something which is truly helpful and inspiring, what I’m really interested in are YOUR answers.
How do you manage your time and energy? How do you focus your attention, when there are so many rabbit warrens of distraction around you? How often do you get to the end of each day and feel great about how you spent your time? What awesomeness could you achieve – or maybe you already do – if you felt like you had your ducks in a row? You were cooking with gas? Firing on all cylinders?
And if you’re already living that way, how do you do that – what’s your secret sauce?
If any of this sounds familiar to you, there’s a fun little survey that I’ve developed and I’d LOVE to hear your thoughts. The link is right here.
(Even if you don’t have time for a survey, please give me a YES! in the comments so I know all this talk about ultra-busy-ness rings true for you.)
Toodeloo!
Nicola
PS. Congratulations to Leisa, Stef and Nancy – who all won prizes in the draw last week! And thanks to everyone who’s completed the survey so far – I really appreciate all your perspectives. I didn’t expect to get so many responses, and I hope you each gained a dose of clarity about where you’re at right now in terms of time, energy and efficiency. Cheers – as always, this Nibl community rocks!
