Made it to the top of Tobin's Track. For YEARS I c

Made it to the top of Tobin's Track. For YEARS I couldn't make it up this hill. More specifically, I could walk up but not down (without a massive flare of pelvic pain and/or pelvic floor chaos). So happy to be able to do it now!

Particularly grateful to the surgeon and pain specialists who got me through years of mayhem. Also grateful to myself for doing half an hour of exercises every day to keep things trucking along. Bodies are complex.
