We have our first event for 2014 scheduled for this Sunday, January 26th: the Summer Extrawdinary Food and Drinks Workshop.

There are some great recipes to make and sample, all showcasing the incredible fresh produce we have in this part of the country in the season commonly (although perhaps less so this year) known as summer! As always, everything is entirely plant-based – if you haven’t been to a Nibl workshop before, you’ll be amazed about what you can make out of plants, when you know how to use the ingredients in innovative ways! And it’s all truly delicious.
