Here we are in September already. I can hardly believe it; I feel like it was Easter yesterday!
Here in NZ the days are getting longer, fresh produce gets better and better, and it’s time to add more colour to meals again. This month’s Seasons’ Eatings recipe does exactly that – kale, silverbeet and cabbage salad. If that’s a combo that makes your toes curl…well all I can say is don’t knock it until you’ve tried it! I’m not especially fond of any of those veges in isolation, but I love them in this.
I’m very sorry to say (and thanks to the people who’ve already enquired) that there won’t be a Seasons’ Eatings calendar/recipe book next year. But that’s ok, the snacks recipe book is coming along brilliantly so keep an eye on the newsletter for a super-duper special for mailing list folks.
