Coming up next – Not for Me, Dairy! workshop (13th September)

Next week’s workshop – Sunday 13th September – is one which we’ve run lots of times already, and it’s always popular: Not for Me, Dairy!

I always love running this event, but if you want to see other people’s opinions, then check out the reviews by Jan and Debby (go to the event page and click beside the stars to see what these Nibl regulars thought). I am so blown away by reviews like these. (Mental note to self: let nothing come between Jan and these recipes! LOL – you’ll see what I mean when you read the review).

We’ll be making dairy-free substitutes for milks, creams, and soft cheeses. As it’s a three hour workshop, there’s plenty of time to play with the recipes – you get the recipe collection to take away, and of course you get to taste everything. And in case you need an extra incentive, as a bonus we’ll be making (and sampling!) vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free chocolates in some amazing flavor combinations. Woop woop!

As those of you on the Nibl mailing list will know, we’re winding up many of the demonstrations and workshops from 2016. There are no plans to run the Not for Me, Dairy! event again, so if you’ve always wanted to come along, now’s your chance. And the earlybird registration ends on Sunday 6th September. Get in quick if you’d like to join us!
