Hey there!
Here’s a photo of the chocolate avocado mousse from July in the calendar/recipe book. I know that recipes like this are all over the show now, but this one has a secret ingredient which sets it apart from the others (if you have the calendar, check out the recipe and let me know via the comments what you think my secret ingredient is!).
The photo above was one of the very first photos I took when I started food photography, more than two years ago. Believe it or not, it’s not that easy to take a great photo of chocolate mousse – there’s a risk it can end up looking like a pile of poop! (Which is NOT how this recipe tastes, I assure you.)
I was going to take a new photo for this post, and then Katy came to a Nibl workshop and posted something better! So we’re going with her version. Thanks so much Katy – it really really makes my day when people share their love of amazing food! I’m so glad this recipe is as popular in your house as it is in mine.
