Sweet tooth? No problem!

I really started to sink my teeth into this whole plant-based food lark when I realised how many delicious treats can be made without dairy or processed sugar. All it takes is learning about how to use plant ingredients differently – and to be honest, it hasn’t been too big a sacrifice to keep on perfecting my favourite dessert recipes! No one complains too much in my house when I say I’m making the chocolate caramel tart one more time, just to be sure ….

So the recipes in the next workshop, Rawcous Desserts, are some of my favourites. We’ve run this workshop before and it was a big hit (don’t take my word for it – read the reviews!). This time there’s a new recipe in there – crunchy peanut butter balls – popular with both the big people and the little ones at my son’s seventh birthday party last weekend.

If you want to join us, the details about it are here. Feel free to ask questions, or if it looks like your cup of tea, go ahead and book yourself in! Thunderbirds are go on Sunday 29th June, 12.00 – 2.30pm, at Taste Nature, 131 High St, Dunedin. Just a few spaces left!
