As usual, I’m struggling to decide what to include – so many delicious recipes to choose from! (Many of my best recipes don’t show up on the blog; I save them for workshops/demos and for the recipe book which I plan to write when I magically find a spare month or two. Well, I can dream!)

One thing I know for sure is that we’re making cheesy kale chips – these are divine and I challenge anyone to not eat them all in one sitting. They’re like popcorn, but so much better for you! (They’re not raw, so we’ll be living on the edge and turning the oven on for these ones). And we’ll make the famous raw chocolate peppermint slice, which is the signature recipe I designed when we ran this demo as a fundraiser last year. As always, everything is gluten-free, dairy-free, processed sugar-free – all our recipes are made entirely out of plants, and taste fantastic.
