It’s a crazy time of year, but if ever we needed some inspiration in the form of easy, healthy, delicious recipes, it would be now!
We have just one event left before we take a little break. I’ve posted some workshop and demo dates for the first half of 2014 on the workshops and demonstrations page, but right now I’m focusing on the last Nibl event for the year – a fundraiser at Balaclava School next week.
The focus is on snacks which look and taste so great that they make other children (or adults for that matter) have lunchbox envy! Everything is easy to make and completely plant-based – no gluten, wheat, dairy or processed sugar.
There are some tickets remaining – but if you are interested, you’ll need to get in quickly – either by contacting me through the contact box or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Bookings are essential – and they close on Thursday 5th December at 9am. As we’re providing samples, we need to know exactly how many we’re catering for. Sorry, no door sales.
By the way, the picture at the top is chocolate peppermint slice, my brand new favourite recipe. We’re making it next week and it is unbelievably good! Even better – it’s a double-duty recipe – the same ingredients make scrumptious Christmas truffles. Perfect!
