If you’re getting back into the swing of things after a break, it can take some time. I tell you, I’m usually a morning person but after weeks of sleeping in, I am not a happy camper now that I’m waking to an alarm again. And if you’ve over-indulged over the holiday, some of those eating patterns can be a bit challenging to shift. (Wine o’clock every day doesn’t seem quite right, now that I’m not lounging around in the sun every evening!)
The first Nibl event of the year is always a goodie – last year it was full to the brim with people wanting to kick-start their health with some fantastic food inspiration. The first event this year is the Summer Extrawdinary Food workshop, on Sunday 1st February from 11am – 2pm. If you haven’t been to a Nibl workshop/demo before, this is a great introduction to the many delicious ways you can up the raw/plant-based component of your diet. We’ll make at least eight or nine recipes, and you get to taste everything, as well as having all of the recipes to take away. You even get to give me a hand if you like – but it’s entirely up to you (no need to be a Masterchef contender to wear a Nibl apron!). See the reviews on the product page or read more about what people have said about this workshop and others here. Feel free to get in touch if you have any questions. There are some spaces remaining, so get in quick if you’re keen!
PS. Huge thanks to the very clever Isabella Harrex for providing many of these images!
