Hey there lovely Niblers!

Does your heart sink every evening when it’s time to sort out tomorrow’s lunches?

Are you fed up with opening up the lunchboxes after school (or work!) and discovering that there appears to be more food left in there than when they left the house?

Are you done with the same-old, same-old food, but feel stuck for new ideas?

Then the next Dunedin Nibl event – the Lunchbox Envy demo – is for you! Click here to find our more about it.

It’s running once this year – Wednesday 27th May, 7.00 – 8.30pm at Taste Nature, 131 High St, Dunedin. We’ll share lots of ideas and inspiration for portable lunch foods – to keep both big and small people happy and energetic, right through the day. Everything is gluten-free, dairy-free, processed sugar-free and utterly delicious. Earlybird registrations close Wednesday 20th May. You get all the recipes to take away, and you get to taste everything too. And I can promise you’ll have fun!

We’ve run this demo a few times in the past and it’s always been really popular. Here’s what Jacinta had to say about it:

“Lots and lots of fun! Learnt a lot and very inspiring. The recipes are all amazing and surprisingly some since have even been enjoyed by my five year old daughter!! All of Nicola’s workshops and demonstrations are professional and inclusive. It was an excellent way to spend a Sunday afternoon.”

Please feel free to get in touch with any questions – I’m always happy to hear from you. Just drop me a line: nicola@nibl.co.nz!
