The 2015 Seasons’ Eatings calendar is now available.
I’m so proud of this baby! A lot of blood, sweat and tears went into its creation, and I’m thrilled with the end product. So it’s particularly exciting that the first print run sold out before it even arrived, and now the second print run has also been snapped up. We’ve ordered a third (and, in all likelihood, final) batch, which is on its way. If you’re keen to buy one, hop over here to make sure you don’t miss out!
Alternatively, you might be able to pick one up from one of our our lovely stockists:

In case you’re wondering what it’s all about, this calendar is the result of a collaboration between Nibl and Dear Colleen. It’s a beautiful collection of seasonal recipes to help you make the most of the wonderful range of fruit and vegetables available each month. All recipes are largely plant-based; most are dairy, wheat and gluten-free (or have options to make them this way) – and all are utterly delicious. Unlike most calendars, this is one to keep after the year is through – simply snip off the date section of each page and you are left with a recipe book and illustrated guide to seasonal produce.
Recipes are a selection of favourites from the Nibl blog and workshops this year – as well as many brand spanking new ones. And wait – there’s more! Each month includes a handy shopping list for that month’s recipe – to help you avoid that vacant “now-why-did-I-come-to-the-shop?” stare. And in case you’re looking for a present to send to someone on the other side of the world, we have a very limited number of reverse-seasons calendars – get in touch before ordering if you’d like one of these.
Now I know that people often like to see a photo of whatever they’re creating in the kitchen – so each month in 2015 I’ll post a photo of that month’s completed recipe. And if you make a recipe and post a photo on social media, use the hashtag #niblonthis – I’d love to see how it turned out!
Thanks so much for all your support on this people. We’re delighted that so many of you are going to have this in your kitchens next year. I want to say a huge GRAZIE to everyone who’s been a part of, or supported us in this venture – including Colleen, the wonderful Nibl recipe testers, Mel the awesome proofreader, all of the stockists above, Ros and Debby for the massive mailout effort, and everyone who’s bought one. Cheers! Happy eating.
Added in 2015: we still have a few of these beauties for sale – now cunningly cut down to make seasonal recipe booklets. Check them out here and get in touch if you’d like one!
